Mr Saurabh Jain MBBS, MS, FRCOphth, is a Consultant Ophthalmic Surgeon at the Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust and holds an honorary appointment at the University College London in central London. He has a special expertise in all aspects of children's ophthalmology, adult squint and cataract surgery for all ages.
He started his ophthalmology career at Kings College Hospital, London and has undergone specialist training at the Leicester Royal Infirmary and the Manchester Royal Eye Hospital.
He is a member of the Skills faculty at the Royal College of Ophthalmologists and regularly teaches trainee surgeons on the Microsurgical skills course.

He has published his research findings in respected international ophthalmic journals and presented at meetings worldwide including the American Academy of Ophthalmology annual congress.
